The Assessment is $540.00 per year if paid in full before January 15th. Monthly payment is $45.00. If paid after the 15th of any month there is a $5.00 late fee.
ANY HOMEOWNER WHO OWES OVER $400.00 WILL BE TURNED OVER TO THE ATTORNEY FOR COLLECTIONS.
